Supplements and drinks like these are filled with artificial ingredients and chemicals that can actually be harmful to your body, and can increase your heartrate after a workout, which is when you want to get it back to a resting state. Servings: 2
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plain granola
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
STEP 1:  Gather ingriendients. Add almond milk, granola, yogurt and blueberries to the blender.

Blend for a few minutes to ensuring ingredients are completely broken up and smooth.
